Getting your property live
We will photograph your property, create your floor plan, get your EPC, and design your advert. When you are happy, we will list your home on our website, OntheMarket, and Rightmove (where over 98% of buyers begin their search).

4 - Viewings

You tell us when you are free for viewings, and potential buyers will book an appointment through our system. After each viewing, we ask for feedback, which we pass on to you.

5 - Offer negotiation

Once your home is in front of millions of buyers, you can sit back and let us nurture buyers’ interest, and negotiate the best possible price for your home. When we get an offer, we check to make sure the buyer has the funds in place and they are in a position to move forward.
